Basic Processing:
1. The concrete base must be clean, firm, and free of grease or any loose material. If the concrete surface is defective or if there is a slurry layer, it must be removed by appropriate mechanical means until a solid surface is exposed.
2. Debris, dust, or debris in the bolt holes must be blown clean.
3. Set up the template according to the construction drawing, and the joints should be tightly sealed, and the grouting material should not leak.
4. The mechanical equipment or steel structure parts that come into contact with the grout must be clean, grease or rust-free.
5. Before grouting, pre-moisten the treated base surface with water. Remove open water from the surface immediately before starting grouting. Special attention should be paid to blowing the water in the bolt holes.
Stir:
1. Calculate the amount of powder according to the construction volume according to the material estimation table, calculate the weight of water (drinking water) according to the water-material ratio, and the weighing error should be less than 1%.
2. When using a blender, place the weighed water in the mixer and slowly add the grout.
3. When stirring with an electric mixer, put the weighed water in the mixing bucket, start the electric mixer, and slowly add the grout.
4. Whether it is blended with a mixer or with an electric mixer, it is necessary to ensure continuous stirring for 5 minutes to ensure that the grout material reaches a uniform consistency.
5. If the thickness of the grout is more than 100mm, it is necessary to add clean and mud-free 5-10mm graded gravel when the grout is stirred.
6. Attention should be paid to having sufficient mixing capacity and workers to ensure that the grouting construction can be carried out continuously.
Perfusion:
1. The stirred grouting material should be used up before the slurry material loses fluidity.
2. Perfusion must start at one end in order to eliminate residual air.
3. Reasonable coordination of mixing capacity and filling speed, once the grouting starts, it must be carried out continuously without interruption.
4. The surface of the grout should be slightly higher than the highest point of the construction design (e.g., the lower surface of the equipment base). If the actual project does not need to keep the excess part, you can use a spatula or other tool to gently remove the unwanted part before the grout hardens.
5. After the construction is completed, it should be covered with plastic film and covered with straw curtain or quilt for 3-7 days.
6. The operating temperature is 5°C to 40°C. It is strictly forbidden to incorporate any admixtures or admixtures into the grout.
